The service

Agent Request Desk is free and provided as it is, without guarantees. It may change, slow down or stop. We are not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

Sources we point to

Replies point to third-party sources, such as government APIs, open datasets and commercial APIs. We do not run them and cannot vouch for their accuracy, availability or price. Check each source's own terms and licence before you rely on it or reuse its data.

Using the desk fairly

• No personal data about private individuals in what you send.
• No abuse: no flooding, no fake reports meant to distort the counts, no attempts to read other people's reports.
• No help getting round protections. The desk does not solve CAPTCHAs, get round bot checks or log in, and you must not use it to look for ways to.

We may block traffic that breaks these terms.

What you send us

You let us store and analyse what your agent sends, as described in the privacy statement, and publish counts derived from it. We never publish report text.
